2.3 Verification
winnbd may initiate an identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This verification process is carried out for the protection of members.

3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify us immediately via live chat or email.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
winnbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- If you deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
- If you deposit ৳18,000 → bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.
The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member. The bonus amount must meet the wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus balance becomes withdrawable after bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount have been placed. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless winnbd explicitly permits it.
- winnbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it believes the bonus is being used for fraudulent purposes.
- Direct withdrawal from bonus balance is not possible — it converts to real balance only after the wagering requirement is met.
- winnbd may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5.4 VIP and Cashback Program
winnbd's VIP program has three tiers, and cashback is provided every week:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
You can move up to a higher tier based on your playing history and loyalty. VIP cashback is credited to members' accounts every Monday.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. winnbd reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. A bet placed before the outcome of an event or game is determined is considered valid.
6.2 Sports Betting
winnbd offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. For sports betting:
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
- If a match is suspended due to natural disaster, political reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, winnbd will settle bets at its own discretion.
- For live betting, immediate results apply.
6.3 Casino Games

Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by Member
You may close your winnbd account at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw all available balance before closing your account. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or email.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by winnbd
winnbd may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Extended account inactivity (more than 6 months).

- The member's own request (self-exclusion).
